Delete from inside the app (recommended)
1. Open the Snixt app on your phone. 2. Go to Profile (tab "Я"). 3. Scroll down to the "Аккаунт" section. 4. Tap "Удалить аккаунт". 5. Confirm twice — the action is irreversible. Your account, all saved items (screenshots, OCR text, AI metadata), images in storage, embeddings, action items, collections, and push tokens are removed from our production database within minutes. Encrypted backups rotate within 35 days.
Cannot access the app?
If you have lost access to the device or cannot sign in, email support@snixt.com from the address you registered with and we will process the deletion within 30 days. Please include in your message: your registered email address, the approximate date you signed up, and a confirmation that you are the account owner.
What we keep after deletion
Nothing in our production database. Encrypted backups may temporarily contain your account data for up to 35 days before they rotate; we cannot selectively remove rows from backups. We may retain anonymised aggregate counters (e.g. "AI requests this month") that contain no information that can identify you.
What happens to an active subscription
If you have an active Snixt Pro subscription, deleting your Snixt account does NOT cancel the subscription with Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel from your App Store or Play account settings to stop future charges. Refunds are governed by the platform policies.
