Write to us
support@snixt.com — a person reads every message, and we answer within two business days. To help us fix things fast, include: your phone model and OS version, the app version (shown on the Snixt page in the App Store or Google Play), the email you signed in with, and what you did right before it went wrong. A screenshot helps more than a description. Inside the app: Me → "Tell us something" sends a bug report or an idea straight to us, with the app version attached.
Subscriptions and packs
Payments go through the App Store or Google Play, so that is where a subscription is managed or cancelled: iPhone — Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android — Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Bought on another phone or reinstalled the app? Sign in with the same account and tap "Restore purchases" on the plans screen. A purchase belongs to the Snixt account that was signed in when you paid. Free trials and refunds are covered in the Refund Policy: snixt.com/refund.
Your data
Export: Me → Account → "Export my data" gives you a file with everything we store for you. Delete: Me → Account → "Delete account" removes your account and all saved items — step by step at snixt.com/delete-account. Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it in the store as described above. What we collect and which AI providers see your screenshots: snixt.com/privacy.
Common questions
A card stays in "processing" or shows an error — open it and tap Retry. AI providers occasionally fail for a moment, and a second attempt usually goes through. Search cannot find a fresh screenshot — a card becomes searchable once it is processed, usually within 15 seconds of saving. The app cannot see my screenshots — allow photo access in the phone Settings → Snixt → Photos. With limited access, Snixt only sees the photos you picked.
