Terms of Service

Acceptance
By downloading or using Snixt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Snixt is an AI-powered screenshot organiser that analyses images you share with it — or, if you turn on the optional gallery auto-sync described in the Privacy Policy, new screenshots it picks up from your device automatically — and stores extracted information as cards in your personal library. The service is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Kozlov Dmitrii Vyacheslavovich (HVHH 20272245), Republic of Armenia.
Account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Snixt. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Profile → Account → Delete Account.
Free tier and paid plans
Snixt offers a free tier with a monthly allowance of AI analyses, plus a larger one-time bonus allowance when you finish onboarding. Higher monthly allowances and additional features are available through the Snixt Pro and Snixt Premium subscriptions, billed monthly or annually via Apple App Store or Google Play. One-off bulk credit packs can also be purchased as a non-renewing in-app purchase. Current allowances and prices are displayed in the app at the point of purchase and may change. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Auto-renewal disclosure
IMPORTANT — please read carefully: • Subscriptions to Snixt Pro and Snixt Premium automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price displayed at the time of purchase. • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a Snixt Pro or Snixt Premium subscription. • Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
Refunds
In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play. Refunds are handled by those platforms under their respective policies — Snixt does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, follow the instructions in your App Store or Google Play account.
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you add to Snixt — your screenshots, OCR text, items, collections, and notes are yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your content and the AI-extracted metadata strictly for the purpose of operating Snixt for you. We do not use your content to train AI models, advertise to you, or share it with third parties beyond the processors disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Snixt to process content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or that violates third-party rights. You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access the service other than through the official app. You agree not to abuse the AI processing path (for example, automating bulk submissions designed to consume our OpenAI quota).
AI accuracy
AI analysis results are provided as-is. We do not guarantee accuracy of categorisation, extracted data, summaries, or search results. AI output is generated and may be wrong; always verify important information independently. Snixt is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice when feasible.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snixt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.
Termination
You can terminate your relationship with Snixt at any time by deleting your account in-app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
